PARENTS FIRST legislation proposed here was devised through lengthy discussions over the past year on LegalizeHomeschooling, This bill was written by a coalition of parents across the state of New Hampshire.

Developing this bill was a collaborative effort, not the work of any one individual. It was the result of extensive discussion, research, legal advice and polls of the homeschooling community. LegalizeHomeschooling is an inclusive group of parents.

Many parents are tired, fighting intrusive regulatory bills year after year in Concord. Parents First legislation challenges the status quo and places a parent's duty to instruct his child over the state's duty.
